YDERNR (Provider Number)

YDERNR is a unique number assigned to each healthcare provider working under the public health insurance (e.g., physician). Multiple providers in the same practice may share the same YDERNR.

YDERNRs can change over time; numbers of retired or inactive providers may be reassigned to others.
